What is covered in Warranty?

O&B warrants the products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally within the specified product guidelines for a period of 3 years from the invoice date of the product.

What is not covered in Warranty?

• Damage caused by improper use, care, or maintenance or failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual.
• Product that has been modified to alter its functionality or capability
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, exposure to liquids, fire, earthquake, acts of God, or other external causes.
• Damage caused by service (including, without limitation, upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorized personnel of O&B.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
• Conditions caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.
• Damage caused by use with another product.
• Any other electronics devices connected to this product.
• Faults caused to the amplifiers or the speakers due to improper signal/signal level injections/oscillations from the preamplifier or any connected devices are beyond the scope of warranty provided by the Manufacturer.
• Loss or damage in transit in either direction.
• This warranty is not transferable.
• Operating the amplifier with a tube based preamp without consulting us.
• To and Fro courier charges are to be borne by customer. O&B will not be responsible for damages incurred during shipping due to poor packing. We recommend to keep the original shipping materials and use it for shipping incase service is needed. This will help prevent shipping damage.

Out-of-warranty service

If your O&B product is in need of service but is out of warranty, don’t hesitate to contact us anyway. We can make an estimate as to the costs of the repair. We accept only prepayment for out-of-warranty service.
