Order Processing and Delivery Information:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.oandbco.com. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:

  • Order Dispatch Time: All our online orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days from the date of purchase. For custom builds or orders directly placed with us offline, dispatch time may vary. The same will be communicated to you at the time of placing the order.
  • Shipping Methods and Rates: We partner with reputable delivery services, selected according to your location. The approximate delivery time frame varies between 2 to 7 working days from the dispatch date. We provide free shipping on all our products across India.

If your area is not serviceable by FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC etc, please provide us with your alternate address or preferred courier partners prior to placing an order with us. In such cases, extra cost may apply for shipping.

  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing the order tracking link for your convenience. You can also login to your account to track the order.
  • Weather Conditions: Please be advised that in the event of poor weather conditions, there may be delays in the delivery schedule.
  • Shipping Damages: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We request all buyers to thoroughly inspect the delivered package for any physical damages before signing for it. If you find any damage to the goods, kindly show it to the delivery person and write on the Transport docket that you have received the goods in damaged condition and only then sign on the docket.

If in any event, the buyer receives goods that do not comply with the specifications as per the original order, a replacement will be shipped to the buyer within 5-10 business days. If the particular product is not available or out of stock a full refund will be made to the buyer.

Undelivered Order Shipping Status:

If your order shipping status indicates ‘Undelivered’, and you have not received a delivery attempt or call within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 24 hours. Kindly email us at contact@oandbco.com with your order number and XX number to expedite your reattempt request.
